Registration
All summer registration will be accomplished by using RAMweb. RAMweb can be accessed at https://ramweb.colostate.edu/

Grades
Colorado State University does not mail printed grade reports to students. You may access RAMweb to obtain this information. Grades will be available approximately two weeks after the conclusion of each four-week term.

You Really Should Read This!
If you enroll in a summer course and you do not attend the class, you will be charged tuition and fees unless you drop the course. You must drop the course before the end of the schedule change period to avoid a 100% tuition and fee assessment.

Applicants to Degree Programs Beginning Summer Session
Students seeking admission to degree programs at Colorado State University must submit an official application for admission and appropriate supporting credentials. For more information regarding admission to Colorado State, and to access the on-line application for admission, please visit the Admissions website at admission.colostate. edu. If you have questions about applying for admission to Colorado State University as an undergraduate, please call 970-491-6909 or email admissions@colostate.edu. Applicants interested in graduate study should contact the department directly.

Returning students who wish to return to a degree program at Colorado State University after an absence of one or more semesters or after dismissal from the University should consult the Office of Admissions website (admissions.colostate.edu) or speak with an admissions representative (970-491-6909) for information. Returning undergraduate students can obtain an Intent to Return form on the Admissions website. Returning graduate students should obtain a GS Form 1B from the Graduate School website: http://graduateschool.colostate.edu/index.asp?url=forms

Application for 2009 Summer Session
The Summer Session Application is intended to be used by those who wish to take coursework for the summer session 2009 only. This form is NOT intended for current Colorado State students who wish to take summer session courses nor is it intended to be used as an application for admission to Colorado State University. Applicants seeking financial aid, admission or readmission to a degree program must apply for admission via the appropriate application forms which can be found on line at http://admissions.colostate.edu/Apply.

The 2009 Application for Summer Session must be submitted on line (see Summer Only Students for details). The summer application requires a valid email address. All correspondence to “Summer Session Only” applicants will be sent via email.

 

 

Attention Summer-Only Students
For course/s with prerequisites and restrictions, you may need to secure approval to enroll in the course/s. Call the Summer Session Office for details, (970) 491-1590.

Continuing Colorado State Students
Students currently enrolled in degree programs at Colorado State University register for Summer Session courses according to the registration procedures.

Summer-Only Students
Students attending Summer Session, who do not plan to complete a degree at Colorado State, are classified as summer-only students. (read more)

E-mail Address Requirement
In order to communicate quickly and effectively with students, the University now requires that each enrolled student provide an e-mail address in addition to a postal mailing address. Students may use the e-mail service of their choice or the free e-mail service the University provides. Registration HOLDs are placed on students who fail to provide an e-mail address.

Summer Registration
Once your application for Summer Session registration is processed you will receive mailed instructions to logon to a University website where you will create an eID with which you will register for your desired courses. The earlier you apply and register, the better selection of courses you will obtain. Students registering for 2009 Summer Session will use the registration system at https://ramweb.colostate.edu. To review the Summer Class Schedule online, go to www.colostate.edu and click on “C” in the A-Z listing; scroll down and click on “Class Schedule.”

Following your registration, a billing statement will be mailed to you with your Summer Session tuition, fees, etc. indicated and a payment deadline specified. Should you decide to adjust your schedule of classes, logon again to the registration system. Courses may be added and dropped within the designated schedule change periods. To cancel your summer classes with no tuition or fee penalty, drop each class before the end of the schedule change period designated for each course. You can view your registered schedule of classes at any time by logging on to RAMweb and clicking on “My Weekly Schedule,” or “Registration.”

Your mailing address while you are attending Colorado State must be kept up to date so that you receive necessary communications. An optional billing address is also available for receiving billing statements at a different address. To change your mailing or billing address, logon to RAMweb and click on the “Change My Address/Telephone” link.

Senior Visitation Privilege
Senior citizens (age 62 or older) may visit CSU Summer Session classes on a space available basis at no cost. Contact the Registrar’s Office, Room 100 Administration Annex, (970) 491-7148.
