Juniors & Seniors: Explore College - Take a Summer Course!
If you are a talented and motivated high school student (junior or senior) or a recent high school graduate who is eager to explore college, earn college credit and stretch your intellectual abilities, summer school at Colorado State may be for you. There are no formal admission requirements for summer school. You can take courses that are part of the University's standard curriculum and earn college credit, which may later be applied when you are accepted into a degree program at Colorado State. Course credits can be transferred to other universities as well. We suggest that you talk with your parents and high school counselors about your readiness to take college level courses. The Center for Advising and Student Achievement (CASA) at Colorado State can connect you with an adviser who will help you select a summer course that is appropriate for your college plans and coach you through the registration process. For general information about Summer Session at Colorado State University, call (970) 491-1590. To meet with an adviser from CASA, call (970) 491-7095.
