Psychology of Happiness
Section 007, 3 credits; July 18, 19; August 1, 2; 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

This course provides an overview of happiness from a positive psychology perspective. Is happiness learned? Can optimism be improved? The course will examine the historical, cultural and psychological aspects of happiness – nature/nurture and happiness, spirituality, work, play, humor, money, health, gender and happiness and more. Class will make liberal use of informal data gathering, discussion, and lecture material.

How do I register for this class?

If you are a current CSU student you may register for the class(s) using the RAMweb system https://ramweb.colostate.edu/index.aspx. If you are not a CSU student you would be considered a Summer-Only Student. Summer Only Students are students who plan to attend summer session but do not plan to complete a degree at CSU. You will need to complete a summer application but you will not be required to submit a transcript or pay an application fee. (The online summer application is available at the link below.) Once your summer application has been approved you will be eligible to register for your classes. All registration is completed online.
